“Customer service & work both excellent. Called and John came out the next day to go over the job; I mentioned some of my concerns - subfloor not being 100% level, ensuring transitions to newly installed hardwoods looked good, etc. I had an estimate the same night. When we agreed we would proceed and identified a date, him and his assistant came out exactly when they said they would, and the job duration was as expected, if not less (1 full day + an hour the following day for grout work). Most precise tile work I've seen - even with having to compensate for unevenness in the subfloor...plus did a great job of milling the existing hardwood transitions so they could be re-used. Did not even need to re-install the quarter round molding. Cost was as quoted. Very helpful w/ ideas for other areas of the house I had questions about updating”
